Longarming services are typically completed within 1-2 weeks. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer.
Returns:

We do not accept returns nor offer refunds on Longarming services. If you have a concern, please contact us right away.

To be eligible for a product return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

If an incorrect item was shipped, please contact us within 7 days. Please include the item, invoice number and reason.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will provide return instructions or issue a refund.
